CaST School
” We are so grateful to have found this learning environment for our son who is in grade 9 at CaST School. The teachers are highly engaged and small class sizes make it possible to the support individual learning needs of kids . Our son’s independence has grown substantially since starting at CaST and he loves the 10am start time:-). It was important for us when looking for the right high school that preparation for university be a priority and this is certainly the case for CaST. We are looking forward to the next three years. “
” My daughter has gone to CaST since she started grade 10. The teachers are attentive and communicate well. Lots of individual attention for students given the small class size and very adaptable as a result. The place-based learning in Toronto is exceptional (parks, museums, galleries) and makes school fun for the teens. It’s easy to access off Bathurst Street and Bloor St (Toronto) and wheelchair accessible. My daughter is now thriving because of the compassionate staff and teachers. “
” CaST is a truly wonderful school. My son, who is neuro-diverse, is thriving. At CaST you will find an outstanding faculty passionate about teaching a unique range of cirriculum in a supportive, encouraging way. With their guidance & skill, my son has grown into a dedicated, engaged, resourceful learner. He no longer complains about school; avoidant behaviours have disappeared. And what a brilliant concept – a combination of traditional classroom setting, on-site/site-specific classes and virtual classes provide each student with the opportunity to learn ways that best suit their needs/preferences. Thank you CaST! “
” My son is a grade 11 student and has been attending CaST since its beginning, and I have nothing but positive things to say about the school and all the staff! He has been thriving despite the challenges the pandemic has presented, with the teachers moving seamlessly between in class and virtual teaching. The small class sizes lend well to engaging and interactive online discussions, and the 10am start time is perfect for teens and their sleep rhythms. Communication with the teachers and admin staff is effortless with any and all questions being addressed quickly. I feel so fortunate to have found a perfect fit for my son and I look forward to them guiding him (and us!) through the rest of his high school career! “
